As the founder of Gravity, Julia is passionate about helping others to find their own power and to be a part of the transformation of our society into something better than it is today.
After studying English, history and teaching methodology, Julia switched to becoming a professional graphic and web designer and has a strong background in marketing. Through her work for and with advertising agencies over the years, she has gained very detailed insights in how companies convince us “consumers” to buy things we don’t need with money we don’t have to impress people we don’t even like.
Julia is determined to empower people around the world with inspiration and knowledge so they can shed the “consumer” label they have been assigned by the economy and (re-)focus on who they really are – powerful human beings who can make their own decisions and with the potential to be the change they want to see in the world.
In her free time, Julia enjoys going for walks with her husband and Gravity co-founder Marco, and is curious about science, especially physics and astronomy. She loves to learn about almost everything, currently with a focus on how to live more sustainably every day.
